About

I grew up listening to my bestefar share stories of his beloved Norway. Howard was the oldest son of Arnt and Inga Engh, who emigrated to the United States around the turn of the last century. Howard served a mission to Norway and would share stories of his experiences there. He loved his Norwegian heritage, he loved the Norwegian people and culture and shared it often with his family. I took this patrimony for granted for many years, but have come to realize that it takes nurturing if it is to be carried on into future generations. Being part of Sons of Norway connects me to the past but also gives me a chance to connect with those around me who share a love for this lite land that has had such a powerful influence on the world.

Experience a compelling journey through the sounds of the North with “Stunning Scandinavia”, a vibrant showcase of Scandinavian masterpieces.
