Julefest

Our Julefest party last week was one to remember. Among the beautiful rosemaling and impressive stabbur, we enjoyed lutefisk, kjøttkaker, eplekake, kransekake, mandelkake, vafler, fattigman, riskrem, sirupsnipper, sandbakkelse, brunepinner, and many other Norwegian foods. And to top it all off, Luke Stager shared his amazing talent on the hardingfele with a variety of tunes, including Mitt Hjerte Alltid Vanker and Musevisa. Outside of Syttende Mai, it was the most Norwegian event of the year! Thank you again to Kristen and Steve and their family for hosting this unforgettable evening.
